My interpretation is that the amount outstanding of the CN is not the 115M + 5M interest. He VA was triggered by the CN holders. The terms of the loan state that in some cases when one of these events arise the face value is payable, I believe that that enables conditions where the CN holders could try to sink the ship out of their own self interests.
