Id say the directors and or the powers to be have a fiduciary duty to ensure they publish ANY positive or adverse information regarding the tracking of the business thus if they breach this duty and or provide misinformation to the contrary IF successfully proven we may have tortuous remedies, common law remedies or statutory remedies .. Please note that I'm very new to shares and don't know all the rules but in a general context sure
