jimmy, IMO the level of disclosure from MBN far exceeds that I've seen from any other company on the ASX, FTSE, DOW etc. Maybe you could run that Q1 financial report (the 28th May announcement, not the activities report) past one of your lecturers/tutors who has some company law experience? And if the class action is to be against the Brazilian directors, perhaps a tutor proficient in Brazilian tort
