Seems to be more bouyant now than ever before.
XTE have had that many directors come-and-go it's as bad as a merry-go-round.
Things appear to have stabilised, however the security/defense sector is out-of-favour at the moment (as compared to 5 years ago) so small caps like XTE are being battered. Unlikely to be too much more movement north in the short/mid-term - would take some reasonably big changes in business/contracts for this to move significantly. Being profitable will certainly keep the buesiness afloat so risk seems to be minimising, just not much to get excited about going forward at the moment.
