Joe - I recall watching Sterlo interview a NSW NRL player. The player (Dean Young?) only played one SOO and Sterlo quizzed him on his emotions about that. The player sort of said he embarrassed himself with his performance but Sterlo interrupted him to say that only very few blokes get to pull on a SOO jersey and the player should never talk himself down as he should be proud to belong to a select and elite group of players.
Sammy's won a slam. End of story. (and she beat Serena Williams - by far and away the best tennis player of her era - to do it). Absolute champion.
