I dont understand why.
Its not that bad, besides the 75k worth of shares they have to issues.
The $500k loan will be repaid in cash(from euro loan), from the sounds of the BRR media report, no dilution.
The 10% placement facility is pretty standard. Its just an option to issue up to 10%.
Euro 5m loan is coming through tomorrow or monday.
Once the Euro 5m comes through the conditions of the GRES funding are satisfied, rig contract signed and rig mobilised.

And its all engines are go from there.

Am I missing anything??
