Years ago about 2004 2005 we were working in Canada. The job market was so hot but basic services were lacking quality people. And the level of help was soo bad me and a friend wondered what it take to get fired say working at Wal-Mart lol we never did do this as our job was hectic but I can only imagine.
With your parcel if you wait long enough to sell. You could buy the bank that your enemies have their mortgage in and foreclose on them lol.
