IMO, before they do anything like that, I would expect that the Co would want to make sure that the medical peer review was published in say the " Lancet " Medical Journal firstly to give creditability to Dr B Marshall, the VOC device, and the BRN / Akida technology. I note from looking at the next weeks journal that no mention is made about same as yet .... so imo the wait continues ...
