It is great that Ellume is filling the current gap but that is what they are doing. As a user you need to keep buying the swabs. If you run out you cannot test till you have more.
If the AKIDA powered device works as I hope sure you might need to keep it charged but it will be continuously available for use as and when required so much easier and will likely test for multiple medical issues.
Then think about how half the population of the USA who believe in left and right wing conspiracy theories will feel about sending their medical data to the cloud and letting the CIA know about their nasal cavities.
AKIDA unconnected secure technology meets the needs of an entire population not just the sane people. Ai everywhere is the future.
