That is a cross trade. It is an agreed trade between two accounts. It could be the same person or two different houses. They do this to avoid market volatility in price. Imagine somebody posting a 7.4 million share sale people would freak and sell down same as if the buy showed up first FOMO. This is not a market moving event.
I have seen this action various times and basicly no fire works. Lol
I'll also add that I feel some news is just around the corner based on the drama unfolding here with everyone on pins and needles.
