Who did you touch base with, was it Sandra Sykes? They certainly would not have told you if the funds had been received or not as that information is Market sensitive. Interesting that they said the announcement would most likely be Thursday, I guess that the 6th May does not finish until Midnight. I guess they have to give KIG every chance of getting the money to them on the stated date, I wonder what penalties if any are involved for late payment. IMHO the second payment of $62mill is the most important one, oh well take the champagne out of the fridge.
