    JC, there are No new board members yet, they will be appointed by KIG once they have provided the $72mill. Keep in mind the recent US$5mill of finance has to be repaid in Gold within 6 months, they certainly need to be ready to hit the decks running when the money arrives as they will need to come up with approx. 4,300/oz gold within the 6months. Equates to approx. 2,000 / month IMHO.
    Correct me if I am wrong.
