    I now believe that there are two avenues for Appeal and that SMM have gone the straight out Appeal path.
    In answer to your original question, no...no answer by end of tomorrow. Also don't be surprised if SMM have found a way to put off the lodging for Appeal until Monday. All IMO of course.
