Smm's only tactic now would be to draw this out as long as possible, hence why leaving it to the last minute. In saying that, one would have thought they would lodge it today if they were going to. Seems a little risky lodging it on the last day, in case there was some hiccup which had to be rectified. Here's to hoping they have realized there loss and won't bother with an appeal! Dyor GLTA!!
