Agreed, but long term we'll be fine IMO , they have nothing, never did and never will, the only thing they can hope to do is delay paying damages. The appeal if the ground for it is approved won't last long, It will be heard sooner rather than later and won't take long to process.

Remember as previously said they can't introduce new evidence, so what else do they have, their only hope is if Judge Brown made an error in law and I highly doubt that, not with the length of time this trial and subsequent time taken for the verdict to be announced.
