key point is (The appeal if the ground for it is approved ) . In which it wont be approved simple as that done deal. SMM have abused/used the SI gov and land owners also wasting the courts time they have no Negotiation powers left what so ever, guilty of Rape and pillage how low can u go, it would be a wise move for them to move on imo the hole they have dug is already to deep to climb out of .
