VXl has a good chart to support there fundamentals and another strategy to gain exposure to Vxl , is to participate in SER registry , due to there diversified interests and also it's payment of 1.5 per cent royalty income stream of VXL graphite sales. SER looks rather enticing..
Not trying to cross promote, but two stocks that deserve consideration in the interim..
