joewolf, in my experience when there is a sell down of a large holder over many weeks or months it will be steady and then in the final day or two the dumping of the remaining shares will take place producing a massive volume spike. For a good example see the exit of Platypus Asset Management from Blackthorn (BTR) in June.
My feeling is that the final dumping occurred last Tuesday and Wednesday on the massive volume days.
Also, I'm not convinced that the entirety of Blackrock's stake is being sold as only some of the entities had been sellers in the previous four notices. The remaining entities held approximately 7-8 million shares at the end of 7 October.
