Yeah the question I'm getting at is, If you sell to crystalise a loss. How many days is it before you can rebuy the same stock at a similar price and still claim ya loss. I know the ATO will pin you if you sell and rebuy the same day, but how many days do you have to wait to be safe?? 2? 3? 4?. Whats the go? any accountants out there>?
