    Agreed - The wording " 24 Hrs OR when drilling on"
    has been around for a while

    I'm starting to think the OPERATIVE phrase is "when Drilling on"

    SO - 24 hrs is a punt - Drilling on has to happen and when it does It's going to be an AM ann in OZ.

    Catch all the markets closed - we get it first(if its tomorrow) and the others play catchup when they open.
