More than likely appeal today will be postponed till after the quit date as per the last hearing. After two months the Russian court has still not assessed any evidence from either party, MMK refuses to detail what their line of appeal even is, still nothing known about ‘Elena’, judge wouldn’t even disclose the names of the lawyers representing the case, and so on and so on.
Best news today – MMK will finally have to show their true intentions by refusing to extend the quit date.
