    Prepayment - Part payment - deposit call it whatever you like ! nowhere does it say that $23m is going to be divided equally over however many ships it takes to supply 1mt of ore.

    $23m worth ore could be shipped before any further payment is received on the balance- The details of the off-take agreement and payment schedule are not in the public domain as far as I aware ?
