No change in Substantial holders in PLV in 2013 but EIM have reduced their holding but its under the 1% reporting limit - In August Timeone lodged a 605 ceasing to be a sub holder notice and lodged a 603 becoming a sub holder for WEG - In September SS&T lodged a sub holder notice for WEG saying the transfer from Timeone was without their consent.
