lets say they agreed to buy $100m worth of ore and prepaid $20m

lets say each ship was $5m thats 20 ship loads.

Your are saying thats $1m prepaid on each shipment so every ship load PLV would receive $19m.

I am saying an alternative could be PLV ship 4 ships -for no additional income $5m x 4 ships = $20m - the next 16 shiploads PLV receives the full $20m per ship.

I have not seen anything in writing to clarify either scenario .
