You have it wrong again..
They have agreed to buy 1MT of ore
It is not $100M worth..it is $23M prepaid for 1MT of ore
But what you are trying to suggest is that it is $23M for the first $23M of ore (say the first 4 or 5 shipments) That is plainly wrong.
it is $23M for 1MT of ore.. otherwise it would have said " presales of $23M of ore.. there would have been no mention of 1MT of ore.
Do you really need that in writing.. It is plain as the nose on your face.
Go on.. admit it, you know that you have it wrong.
A simple "ok" will do.
