I haven't forgotten at all. You don't seem to understand, OXX isn't a farm out, not even a mini one. That transaction is just selling off some of the asset to keep solvent long enough to find a farm out. BRU are the only ones currently planning to drill in Derby.
Anyway we shall see how it all plays out. The salient point was that the approval won't act like the price action on a farm out, which if OBL is successful legally, now can't happen until some time next year at the earliest.
