you are just going to have to wait and see,this won't sort itself out in a hurry,management have no choice but to put a different approach to the market and hope the market likes it.
There is money involved here,something that is dear to everyone's heart,especially if it is their own..won't rebound in a hurry unless something spectacular happens,resign yourself to that.
