Jovann, this stock seems to move to its own rhythm of news, no-news and rumour rather and generally does not seem highly correlated with the general stock market (though I haven't done the math on that and stand to be corrected).
In terms of determining when it is oversold, one popular technical indicator of this is the RSI, which is currently 42. The RSI on CVI typically bottoms around 30, so it could not really be considered oversold yet.
