    Normally placements and SPPs are made at a discount to market price. Does TCL actually expect much takeup of an offer at a premium $5.49?

    Lynch seems to be undergoing a classic new broom discovery of reinventing the wheel (yes, the new logo!). "Oh, I see it! We need more capital. Old management never realised! A new logo will do it." Who is fooling who?
