While the announcement is good news, there is still risk with this stock that will keep the price depressed. While some of the risks are now much less, they have not vanished. These risks are
1. Banks not extending loans. (prob of this occuring is very low)
2. Rejection of the deal at the AGM. (prob of this occuring is very low)
3. Investor confidence in the Board and Senior Management. This is the biggest issue holding the company back. Investors will park their money elsewhere whileever the confidence in management is low.

IMO, the sp will not show significant movement until
a) Risks 1 and 2 are no longer there
b) Changes to the board and senior managment occur and
c) the company strategy is clearly spelt out.
