Might want to touch things like the opening of the AGM presentation powerpoint under 2012 Highlights -

>> Advanced spin--off plans for JV with Cambridge University for target discovery and validation
Looks pretty in presentations but as far as shareholders & market as a whole are concerned the only progress that has been made is management adding a few dot points to the opening of the presentation.
No announcement regarding Roche/Genetech in the past 12 months & only a little cut and paste snippets in a presentation for Phenomica progress 20 months after the spin-off was formally put out to market.
It's called communication boys either put it to market in a professional format under their own ASX release with more details than a few shiny words or thats all the value people will give it - a few key taps and shiny words.
