This was a bad dog, but not the only dog allowed to be going around and running around freely amongst the ASX Companies and without a leash.

CVI has sent many to the wall as well, inlcuding some extremely valued posters. RAKS, the moderator who has taken leave from HC for a little while (I do hope that it is only for a little while), she has been stung very badly and was sent nearly to the wall, along with many others, and here we have the same company (CVI) doing the same thing because they appealed to the Courts and getting the Courts blessing to continue in their merry ways, when ASIC and the ASX have practically banned it from trading.

If anyone have any thoughts about as to why that is allowed to happen, can he/she post their response in these threads for everyone to see.
