Tomorrow SMSL will be appealing the decision.
Unlike Australia, the High Court is not the highest court.
The Malaysian system has a High Court, followed by a higher Court of Appeal....AND THEN...the Federal Court.
If the Appeal is dismissed tomorrow...it will be all GO.
Why?
Because the Federal judges in Malaysia are appointed by the Prime Minister.
