Nothings changed yet IMO apart from the extension, therefore, depending on what happens between now and Sept with the US and Aussie property market, then I'll go with open where it closed as its still a specie.
IMO the property market has fallen in the US, UK and most other major Countries, it is entirely possible that the Aussie market will get hit also?
If so, then the Sht will hit the fan with Centro, if not than good ole days are back again?
Who knows?
