Interesting dilemma!

I also would like to hold LT for the divi's. I'm in at an average of $0.48 and holding enough stock to pay a decent annual salary assuming all goes well in the next few years.

You also need to factor in the CGT. If I was to cash in now I will loose half in tax.

For me, this is just the first step in a long journey. Sure I want the SP to rocket tomorrow, but most of all I just want GR to get the company back on track for the LT. If he is successful, the SP & divi's will surely follow.
