Why do you say that thurman? What company in the ASX-50 is 100% debt free? it's not smart at all to be debt free when your talking about business.
The level of debt is the issue here be it short term or long term, allot of this has to do with real estate prices dropping and if the US market has hit the bottom and we get a grip on inflation and interest rates. You will see a Re rating coming soon. IMO
