i understand dutchy but what i meant was the whole bank dictating terms etc, centro is still seen as highly geared compared to most other property trusts.\\\\
SO WHAT I MEAN IS THAT CENTRO WILL NOT SEE A SIGNIFICANT RE -RATING UNTIL THE LENDERS ARE SATISFIED WITH THE LEVEL OF GEARING.
The only problem I see is CNP being the managment company makes their money by managing centres, each one they sell erodes some of the potential income source.
