    I have incorporated a company with a Comsec account, so even BBI and/or BEPPA jumps, I just transfer the shares into the Comsec account in my company's name, and pay a flat rate of 30% tax. This is worthwhile if your gains push you into the next take bracket which is taxed at over 30%.
