(primaus72), do you know what the threshold is. I know about that rule, if you trade enough, you can say you are in the business of trading shares, and therefore capital gains and losses can be classified as ordinary income and that is how what you are doing is possible.
I have made more than 385 trades since May 2008. The combined value of my buy and sell contracts amount to more than $2million.
