re: tomorrow's opening price...unbelievable seals and ajjjjjj,
i think you are incorrect on the issue of the fundamentals. the stock rose on the back of the statement by management that it would earn $11,000,000 profit in 2006 and that they had a huge response to a new product (sonet).
They have continued to reaffirm this target will be achieved. i believe thats a very reasonable forward PE ratio for a tech stock that is going to achieve $250 mil in sales in 3 years.
Please inform me what constitute fundamentals if they dont?
WHat brought the price down was IMO a lack of confidence in management to achieve the targets that they continually reiterate.
If the company has more good news to release as i have read in another post then why dont they release it?
if it hasnt happened yet isnt it speculation and they are just starting a positive rumour?
Having said this i think we will see a slow recovery continue tomorrow.
We will now see a much stronger support at the 65c level. we all now know everyone who follows the stock considered it too cheap in the 50's.
