Because they have more information on the optimal drilling conditions required having drilled the first with high mud weight.
If you hold as per your disclosure I'd recommend watching the recent webinar where the reasons for sidetracking are explained in detail.
Good luck trying to get that top up, which is what I think you're actually trying to do.
