dont forget with out the employees hard work there would not be a company progressed to the stage of sale.The employees are probably closer to the action than most / good workers dont hang around dud coys/ and would know it is in there best interest to let the sale of mae take it"s course to it"s logical conclusion and would have their eye on the Prize .ie the sale of a $ billion + worth of assets
