I just asked if the deal is still on the table. They reckon it is.
Hence I asked what's the sign.
They say the Chinese (having re-stocked big time in September) have progressively eased back from the IO spot market to engineer a 11 consecutive straight sessions of falling IO price not for nothing (now inching towards a price beginning with "4").
Whatever that means.
