They pointed out that the IOP started falling on 22 Sept (when Nev Power was in China for the CISA presentation mentioned he was ready to take on an equity partner to accelerate debt repayment).
The IOP regained some ground later but started plunging just before the Quarterly Production Report came out 2 weeks ago and still falling.
