tomorrows ruling/s

As moseley stated on the previous thread:
"What is the sudden rush, tomorrows reasons shouldn't really be that significant should they."

This has been my thinking for the last couple of days! I am at a loss as to see how we will gain any benefit on receiving a (2 bloody years in the making) ruling on why our claim/s were dismissed?

Thank god Mr Market doesn't agree with me going on the trading today ... and a very healthy buy side building ... but I would appreciate thoughts as to why 4/4/12 is considered an important date?
