Normally about 30% of shareholders bother to vote on resolutions. That equates to about 15M votes. Given that Uran's directors have about 9M votes and JRL have about 2.7M votes (extreamely likely they will vote in favour of the de-merger) that equates to about 80% of the votes. Hence, the de-merger will go ahead.

Should this occur, I expect to see a surge in the SP from tomorrow until next Tuesday (last day to hold prior to being a registered holder to get free GWE shares). with or without any U news.

Hard to say if JRL will continue to be a Uran shareholder after next week, given that they wont have a vested interest in Uran anymore.

The question is....how will they gey rid of their 2.7M shares? Hopefully, they will sell into a rally as soon as Uran announces some U news.

Given the above scenario, I doubt we will get any U news between today and before the 11 May.
