Kate worked with Austminex (ATX) all those years ago (now re-named Focus Minerals FML). That company had some wonderful prospects for success but never ever ever delivered. Despite the massive resources boom. To this day, i'm not sure why.

So as prior poster said, its confession time.... tell shareholders whats really cooking, and why the nickel assets are being spun out before a tangible (no hopes, maybe's, memorandums, JV's. blah be blah blah) deal is done on a Ur asset. That means ownership.
