I'd assume it's from an early funding release by Jinan rather than exsisting cash but should have been expanded on with some dollar figures attached. Definetly nothing to do with 'China Merchant Bank.

I'm not sure what the dam construction cost is but it is a pretty strong message by Jinan that it's only a matter of time before the bulk package is announced..Could be days or weeks..That dam funding & mobilisation would probably have been organised in past few weeks so hopefully things are even more progressed.

It is a complicated package across multiple entity..I don't think we can stress enough how being an SOE can effect the pace of things..Great partner to have but heavily accountable.

Not sure how you feel about this Parto but I'm assuming once read over a few times it's quashed some of the nerves around financing or global politics.

Tomorrow is a chance again for question..I only hope @gimmegimme is able to move those appointments around as he is currently generously trying to do.
