A takeover has to be agreed to by shareholders and there are a hell of a lot of Sh with large parcels that have been holding for a long time. Something tells me these Sh are not going to vote yes to pittance.

There's too much happening behind the scenes. This management seem to be on top of things now.
IMO rush to mining seems to be the only thing on their mind.

Environmental process should be just about completed and that's the last step to a mining licence.
PFS is going to be started immediately upon scoping study finished. Let's not forget that quite a bit has already been done by previous management for the DFS so shouldn't take too long for that to be finished either.
