In my knowledge minjars association is only in the region of shandong not directly involved in nuclear grade graphite. Although being in the same region could pose direct buissness association and put them in good stead to utilise a nuclear grade graphite if thoust material proves to have the correct qualities.
From what I gather china has been sourcing pyrolitic nuclear grade carbon/graphite from Germany.
